ARCHIVETITUS LLC operates as a curated resale business specializing in second-hand, archive, and one-of-one designer items. Due to the unique nature of our inventory, availability, pricing, and condition may vary.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian.
Product Information & Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all items, including condition and measurements. However:
All items are pre-owned or archive unless stated otherwise
Minor variations, signs of wear, or manufacturing differences may exist
Measurements are provided as a reference and may vary slightly
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are set based on market data, condition, and availability and may change at any time prior to sale. Inventory is limited and often one-of-one; availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed.

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:

Orders may be canceled at our discretion prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Shipping
All orders ship with tracking. Insurance is included unless otherwise stated.
Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days, unless noted. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to that policy in full.
International Orders
International buyers are responsible for:

Brokerage or clearance fees
International orders are final sale except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Authenticity
All items sold by ARCHIVETITUS LLC are authenticated prior to listing based on brand-specific details, materials, construction, labeling, and our experience handling designer and archive goods.
ARCHIVETITUS LLC operates as an independent resale business, sourcing items through private sellers, clients, and secondary markets. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands sold.
If a buyer has a legitimate concern regarding authenticity, they must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence from a recognized third-party authentication service. If an item is confirmed to be inauthentic, the order will be refunded in full upon return of the item in its original condition.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARCHIVETITUS LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or use
Issues arising from misuse of products
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of ARCHIVETITUS LLC and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
