Return & Refund Policy

ARCHIVETITUS LLC operates as a curated resale business specializing in second-hand, archive, and one-of-one designer items. All items are listed with detailed photos, measurements, and condition notes to support informed purchasing.

Returns for Reconsideration or Fit

Returns are accepted for fit-related reasons or buyer reconsideration and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

Approved returns are subject to the following:

Buyer is responsible for return shipping using a tracked service

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to account for handling, processing, and re-listing

Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition as received

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items returned with signs of wear, use, damage, odors, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Legitimate Issues or Misrepresentation

If an item was materially misrepresented or a significant flaw was missed in the listing, buyers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

If approved, a return will be accepted without a restocking fee, provided the item is returned in original condition.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale, except in cases of material misrepresentation. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled at our discretion prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Liability

All orders ship with tracking and insurance. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the carrier’s claims process. Buyer cooperation may be required. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

ARCHIVETITUS LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases when necessary.
