Insurance & Liability

All shipments include tracking and insurance unless otherwise stated.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with the carrier’s claims process. Buyer cooperation may be required. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
