ARCHIVETITUS LLC operates as a resale business specializing in second-hand and one-of-one designer items.

All items are sold as described and may show signs of prior wear consistent with their condition. Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos, measurements, and descriptions before purchasing.

Prices are set based on market data, condition, and availability, and may change at any time prior to sale.

Orders may be canceled at our discretion prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of second-hand and one-of-one items. A return will only be considered if an item was materially misrepresented in the listing. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the concern. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any wear, use, or alteration will void eligibility.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. All orders ship with tracking and are insured. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Buyer cooperation may be required during the claims process. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

ARCHIVETITUS LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases if necessary.
